If I understand correctly, you would like to incorporate the features in the video provided into WebViewer? Let me know if I’ve misunderstood the product that you would like to incorporate these features into.

Regarding the dragging and dropping of fields, this can be done with some implementation on your end. We have a sample signing app which has a very similar workflow, that you can find here: https://github.com/PDFTron/pdftron-sign-app.
