Yes, it is.
First, you would use our PDF2EPUB API to convert your PDF to a fixed layout EPUB. This does all the hard work of accuratly converting PDF graphics and text to HTML, and packaging into EPUB.
Then you would use Amazon’s Kindelgen tool to repackage the EPUB into those Amazon formats.
