Web Viewer Loading error

When I loaded my PDF doc from dropbox API I received this error while loading my web viewer.

Hi Aminullah,

It looks like you sent a URL to WebViewer Server via WebViewer is erroneous. The URL has extra quotes around the entire URL (%22). Can you make sure you did not submit your URL with quotes surrounding it?
