Custom windows app to add annotation to existing model in 3dpdf
Please describe your issue and provide steps to reproduce it:
I have a requirement to develop a customer application (windows) that will take an existing pdf containing a 3d model and apply annotation to it. the annotation will be created at specific locations on the model and grouped by different views. I will need the ability to name the 3dcomment views and also name the comments themselves. i program in visual basic. my question is, will the pdftron sdk give me that ability to accomplish this task
