Using the toolkit (dev license) and having automatic watermark show up randomly

I’m an ActivePDF customer using the Toolkit (Developer) and would like to know if the watermark below should show up randomly on PDF documents created by the toolkit?

Hello, please note that it is expected that dev licenses will occasionally place watermarks on output files. Production licenses will not produce any watermarks on any output files.
