Changing a Free Text annotation's border to "cloud" does not work

Please give a brief summary of your issue:
The “Cloud” border style does not work for a free text annotation, all other border styles work as expected

Please describe your issue and provide steps to reproduce it:
1.) Create a free text annotation with a stroke value of more than 0
2.) Select the free text annotation
3.) Change the free text annotation’s style
4.) Change the border of the free text annotation to the “cloud” one. (The last one)

Expected result:
Will change to a cloud border

Actual result:
Changes to the solid border

We are able to reproduce this issue and have noted it in our backlog for our product team to review.
We don’t have a timeline for when it will be fixed but if it does get fixed we’ll let you know when it’s available in an experimental build to test out and the estimated official release date.
You can also keep an eye out on our change-logs as the fix will be noted there as well.
