Clicking on internal link increases the zoom level

Internal links within the PDF work however the zoom option increases. How do I stop this from happening?

The author of the PDF may have created the links to adjust the zoom.

Which one of our viewers are you using? WebViewer?

Can you provide the PDF file in question?

I’m using WebViewer and it’s just an internal link that goes to a specific page/part within the PDF itself. When I use a normal PDF viewer, then clicking on the internal link doesn’t cause the zoom to be altered as nothing has been added to the links.

I’m investigating this and I wanted to clarify on zoom issue, so say you are at 50% zoom level, and when you click the link, it navigates to the page and zoom becomes like 100% or like the entire page becomes visible?
