Closing ribbon header and shfiting else button functionality to custom button

I want to close the selected header in red line and want to move header containing button functioanlity to custom button created button by me.Alike I created custom button for Ribbon selection on right panel of window.
Button whose custom functionality I want are:
1)dataElement:‘menuButton’
2)dataElement:'leftPanelButton
3)viewControlOverlay
4)zoomOverlayButton
5)Pan
6)textSelect
7)searchButton
8)toggleNotesButton
