Conversion Failure

When running a conversion in ReportGen, the conversion dialogue may show error messages, e.g. “Fatal Error” or, PDF3D Conversion Engine has stopped. Windows may also crash.

There are a number of potential causes for this type of issue ranging from insufficient memory resources or file format issues.

To learn more about the type of problem, enable ‘extended log’ and run your conversion again.

Once you have the extended log, you may contact and upload input files for additional support. Please send on screenshots and as much detail about the problem as possible.

You may also run Windows Task Manager and review your memory utilisation “Performance”


If memory utilisation and CPU usage is high, reduce the number of programs running on your machine and try the conversion again.
