But I See that the extension is .msg
And if I convert it to .mht I get File is garbled

MSG file conversion would require having MS Outlook installed on the OS.
If you can right click a .msg file, and there is a print option in the context menu, then you should be able to convert fine using PDFNet, the PDFNet Virtual Printer (See Convert sample project), and Outlook.
