Creating a rectangle annotation when the viewer is zoomed to 270% or more results in the annotation being placed way off the intended location in the document

Creating a rectangle annotation (or any other annotation that requires the user to drag the mouse) when the viewer is zoomed to 270% or more results in the annotation being placed way off the intended location in the document. This only happens when the left hand panel is open

Please describe your issue and provide steps to reproduce it:
0.) Make sure the left hand panel is open
1.) Zoom the viewer to more 270% or more
2.) Create a rectangle annotation

Expected result:
Created rectangle is under the mouse’s location in the document

Actual result:
Created rectangle is way off to right of the mouse’s location in the document

We are able to reproduce this issue and have noted it in our backlog for our product team to review.
We don’t have a timeline for when it will be fixed but if it does get fixed we’ll let you know when it’s available in an experimental build to test out and the estimated official release date.
You can also keep an eye out on our change-logs as the fix will be noted there as well.
