Docx password protected not firing

I have a docx file that is stored on the web. We are using PDFTron to open our documents. With password protected pdfs, we can open them by observing the “onDownloadEvent”. This event is not firing off for password protected docx files.

Currently we don’t support .docx password-protected files, only PDF files.

Could you describe to us the use case for how password-protected .docx files are used in your app?
