Enable Text Edit on .DOCX without enabling Office editing mode

I am simply want to enable text edit featurue on .docx files without enabling Office editing mode, so i can be able to add annotations, even if i can’t export it back as .docx

Hello,

In order to use the office editor, enableOfficeEditing: true, must be enabled.
We currently do not have the feature to add annotations while this is enabled.

However, you can convert the DOCX file to PDF and add annotations that way.
