The issue happens intermittently on intial loading of PDFs. Once this error is shown, if the user refreshes the page and tries to reopen, then the pdf loads normally. Can you please let me know, what could be the issue?

Could you check your web console to see if there are further error messages being reported?
Just to confirm, does this happen with multiple PDF’s or is this a few select PDFs you are experiencing this with?
As well, I see that you are using version 11.2 of our WebViewer, could you try updating to our latest version to see if this resolves the issue? You can grab a copy here: Apryse Developer Portal
