WebViewer Version:6.3.1
Recently we have had an issue loading documents data in pdftron WebViewer. The view only loads the first page and the rest of them are blank, the document is in a perfect state and we only got this error: “Error: Unknown page ID xx-0”
Any solution or guide to understanding this problem?
Hi @AlejandroVC,
I see that you are using a very old version of WebViewer (current release is 8.11).
I would recommend that you upgrade to the latest version of WebViewer.
