Tried to convert html to pdf. It failed in Production env. It only happens to a couple of the one we tried to export to pdf. It works fine for the rest. This error is not useful at all. Message: An internal error happened between the SDK and the HTML2PDF module. Contact Apryse support for assistance. Conditional expression: exit_code == 0.
So I enabled the log generation and I got the html file for that that failed. I tried to convert the failed html to pdf locally and it did just fine. For the log file, it is not useful because it generated pretty much the exact same logs for both failure and successful one except the last line in the failed log that said no valid output found.

Please provide a link to a minimal sample where the issue is reproducible: I can’t do that here. Is there an email that we can send you the html that it tried to convert to pdf since there are customer data in the file.
