Please give a brief summary of your issue:

I am getting the following issues when I am viewing an .xod document in the webviewer.

Scenario: I search a word and I hit certain pages I get Font file not found error reference in the screenshot below. This also prevents all future search highlighting to appear. This is only for the page highlighting the highlighting in search results come as expected.

May have to do with converting it to XOD that Font files are being lost… Anything you can do to help would be appreciated.

Thank you for contacting us about WebViewer and for the screenshot. Would it be possible to get a copy of the XOD file that is causing this issue? If the file is confidential, you can create ticket for this and send the file through that. Thank you
