Please give a brief summary of your issue:
I have been searching for a way to get an annotation (that is already existing) by passing in coordinates. Is there a way to do this as a part of annotationManager? Or would the only way be to iterate through all the annotations on the page and compare the coordinate object to each iterative annotation?

If selecting annotations based on provided coordinates is your desired workflow, then yes iterating through the annotations on the page and comparing its position to your coordinates would be the recommended solution.
