How do you create POC for PDF doc?

Please give a brief summary of your issue:
How do you create Page of Contents (POC) for PDF doc?

I’m currently testing PDFTron for our future project which is going to generate pretty big PDF docs from .docx template and JSON data. And the main issue for the moment is generating POC for those document. I didn’t find anything for this purpose in Java SDK.
Maybe somebody faced with that and have any kind of solution?
