How to open a link in pdf file when in readOnly mode?

Hi PDFTron,
I am using PDFTron to open pdf files in my browser.
In a pdf file, there is a text which is linked to a website URL. When clicking the link, the browser will be directed to the linked website. However, when I set the PDF in ReadOnly mode (because I do not want to edit anything in pdf), then click the link, nothing happens.
Can you give me the solution that clicking the link works when the pdf is in ReadOnly mode (in detail the user is not allowed to edit the pdf file)?
