How to search for text links in the pdf an create an annotation uri link to add it in the web viewer

Hi Im creating a flipbook viewer but the getAnnotationsList doesnt get the text that is an url but not an annotation is there a way to use the search text to look for every page and get the details like the position and rect values ?
