Thank you for contacting us about WebViewer. You can take a look at our “custom annotations” sample in the link below
​https://www.pdftron.com/documentation/web/samples/annotation/#custom-annotations

In that sample it add two custom tools for adding annotation (one for triangle and one for stamping with a base 64 image string). You would want to do something similar. You can also find the sample in the downloaded WebViewer folder under “samples/custom-annotations/stamp.js”, you would want to copy what the “CustomStampCreateTool” is doing
