Hyperlinks in the pdf document is not clickable anymore in the pdf webviewer

Please give a brief summary of your issue: I have some hyperlinks in the pdf document. When I am opening it using pdf webviewer, those hyperlinks are not clickable anymore.

I have some hyperlinks in the pdf document. When I am opening it using pdf webviewer, those hyperlinks are not clickable anymore.
Links are clickable if I open the pdf directly in the browser.

Please provide a link to a minimal sample where the issue is reproducible:
Create a pdf having some hypelinks. open the pdf in webviewer and try to click the links.
