We need more information to look into this issue:

  1. Where are you seeing this error, your project or one of our samples? (an URL to the sample will help)
  2. What does the browser developer console log look like (what does the network tab looks like)
  3. Does this happen for every one of your documents or only a few. If it’s only happening for some document, would it be possible to get a copy of the document you uploaded that is causing this error.
  4. Please share which version you are using. Also note if you are using WebViewer server.
