Do you have an issue with a specific file(s)? pdftron webviewer
Can you reproduce using one of our samples or online demos? it is not loading on demo. it says try another file
Are you using the WebViewer server? yes
Does the issue only happen on certain browsers? chrome or may be other, i want to fix on chrome
Is your issue related to a front-end framework? dont know
Is your issue related to annotations? i dont think

i am opening file which has no header, so pdftron webviewer shows no header popup, but i want it to be opened like normal file
