Internal error every file

hi. i downloaded c#, c++ and even standard alone exe pdf to word module and i get “Internal error”
it not working even on pdftron example file.
what should i do?

I see you are running the 32-bit version of our SDK. Please note that the Word2PDF module is only 64-bit, and will require the 64 bit version of the SDK.

Could you please try using the 64 bit version and let us know if you are still experiencing the issue?

actually i want to use your sdk in Linux ubuntu. i test your sdk in other software. it was ver4. how can i download your ver4 sdk for ubuntu?
