Hi,
We integrated the 8.3 version of the WebViewer but - in particular when using pixel by pixel comparison mode - zooming in a document takes time (like sometimes more than 5 secondes) after zooming, before being clear, even if the document is not particularly heavy.
From what I know, it may depends on the hardware capabilities of the user. For instance, the more resources the computer is able to allocate to proceed, the faster it is to focus.
Do you have an idea of how we could act to enhance that, independently for the users’s hardware capabilities, please?
