Hi Fang,

This has been passed onto the devs. They are investigating why the margins disappear.

Hi Holly and Fang,

Happy to report that we have fixed this in the latest 11.3 version. You can update to the latest 11.3 to test the fix:
Latest official: Download PDF Library for Windows, Mac and Linux including options for .NET, Node.js, Go, Java, C/C++, C#, Ruby, Python | Apryse documentation
Release channel: Apryse Developer Portal
Latest official builds, and Release channel, are ready for production usage, however the developer channel builds are experimental and do not get the same amount of testing and can be in a state of change.

Thank you for getting back to us so quickly!
I tested the file on your demo site and my local host. The problem still exists with version 11.3.0. A screenshot is attached for your reference.

Hi Fang,

It’s fixed in the latest 11.3 version of our SDK which you can find here:
https://dev.apryse.com/nightly/stable

However, our WebViewer doesn’t update nightly, so it won’t reflect the fix until our 11.4 release which is coming early April.

I downloaded “WebViewer_2025-03-18_stable” with the same result. I used the sample codes in the download.

Hi Fang,

The fix is only in the PDFNet SDK, which is different from the WebViewer builds. You would need to test one our Windows/Linux/Mac builds.

WebViewer will update with the fix early April with our 11.4 release.
