License Key Error: no office addon

Have following error on loading a native office doc in webviewer “License Key Error: no office addon”, documentType is set to ‘office’.

Is this actually what is says on the tin, that the I need a new license key which will allow native office files to be viewer, or am I missing files, or is it another problem.

Was a demo license and also used our work license, both gave this error. Does load PDF no problem (documentType is set to ‘pdf’)

I am running into this problem too, was there a resolution? It’s only happening on
Google Chrome Version 137.0.7151.56 (Official Build) (64-bit).
