I am applying digital certificate with signature on a PDF file and it’s working fine. Now I need to show current Username (which is applying digital certificate), current date and one watermark text ‘Esigned’ or image as well on the signature while user applied digital certificate. Something like this:

I did not get anything from your referred link like how we will show username and timestamp.
I have one more query as I want to remove boarder from textfreeannotaion but did not get any method in your library to resolve boarder. Below is the annotation image.
Please let me know how can I remove boarder from above annotation.?

The guide doesn’t specifically talk about adding usernames and timestamps, but these are all custom appearances of an annotation. You can create this custom appearance and add it to the signature.
You can remove the border by adjusting the stroke thickness property or changing in the UI.
