I need a sample nextJS application with custom UI by using only webviewer core engine with following functionalities.

• Download
• Text Selection
• Copy Text
• Print
• Zoom In/Out
• Search hit highlighting feature
• Full Screen View
• Annotation’s ability(Adding notes)

Please share sample app if available.
