PDFtron and .acsm files support

I am wondering that, if PDFTron has the ability to somehow import .acsm files ( Adobe Content Server Message file) and open DRM protected files, which are created by Adobe Content Server?

I read this document, but I think it is more related to PDFTron’s own security solution (with password and ID)

Hello, currently PDFTron does not have the ability to read Adobe created DRM protected files.

If you are looking for a security solution, we have the ability to encrypt PDF (as you saw on the link you provided). If you are interested, you can refer to the sample here for more information.
