Please give a brief summary of your issue:
Nuget package PDFTron.NETCore.Windows.x64 doesn’t include any control to render PDF in a .Net Core WPF application.
I can observe that kind of control is available in .Net framework package however.
Please describe your issue and provide steps to reproduce it:
Initiate a new WPF solution targeting .Net 8
Add nuget package PDFTron.NETCore.Windows.x64
No WPF control available to into a view, neither class.
Please confirm that PDF Viewer is provided for WPF application with .Net 8 framework
Please provide a link to a minimal sample where the issue is reproducible:

Hello, I’m AiRon, an automated tech support bot While you wait for one of our customer support representatives, I can help you with your question.
It seems like you’re trying to use the PDFTron SDK to render PDFs in a .NET Core WPF application but are unable to find the PDFViewWPF control within the NuGet package for .NET Core. The PDFViewWPF control is indeed available in the .NET Framework package, but it might not be directly available in the .NET Core package as of now.
Some things you can try:
Verify that you have installed the correct package for WPF support in .NET Core. Sometimes, specific controls and components might be available in different packages.
Consider using the PDFTron WebViewer for rendering PDFs in applications that support web technologies, which can be integrated into a .NET Core application as a workaround.
Check for any updates or additional packages that might have been released, as the availability of controls can change over time.
The base PDFNet package does not contain the WPF application. You need to grab the PDFNetCWithCPPViewer download. You can find it on our stable builds:
Thank you for your reply.
Any chance that information appears anywhere in your documentation ? Because I spend a lot of time fetching your documentation without getting any reference to this underground repository.
So after a brief exploration of that package, no control for WPF has been discovered.
Could you please provide any input that help me to find and use the related control PDFCtrlWPF ?
Could you please link those webpages? Our WPF is only on .Net 4, if our documentation is providing contradicting or outdated information, I will pass that to our team to update the web pages.
You display everywhere that your products are compatible with .Net 5+, desktop and web plateform. But nothing seen about rejected support on that point.
I wanted to invest on your product in order to extend usage of others components in our business application, but facing this kind of “messy” communication, is quite annoying isn’it.
We paid for a licence, so I will put your question in reverse if you don’t mind. Could you please link webpages that EXPLICIT no support of WPF viewer for .Net5+ ? And maybe other kind of products or components, in order to not spend time anymore to clarify what is and what is NOT supported.
