PDFTron Web Services (PWS) Timeout Error

This is likely due to your firewall or networking configuration.

Please include the following URL

pws-collect.pdftron.com:443 (HTTPS)

in the approved URL list of your firewall configuration.

After contacting your network administrator, if this is not possible to configure your firewall this way you can contact sales (Contact Sales | Apryse) for a custom license.

we have whitelisted these in our proxy servers but now we need to know where to set in the App to use our proxy

At this time Proxy is not supported for contacting the Apryse license server.
