Error when loading component with the license key

Good morning,

We have just received our license key but it does not work and we have an error “Message: Bad License Key. PDFNet SDK will work in demo mode.”
I followed the following documentation (License key exception) but everything seems OK as far as our code is concerned.
The component works fine without a license key.

Would it be possible to get help on this?

Thanks, it looks like there was an error in generating your key, and a new one has to be issued. The licensing team will send an updated key soon to your company.

I was told it was sent out. Perhaps the email got spammed. I followed up with my colleague’s and you should get an update soon.
