We use PDF Tron in our system to annotate the uploaded PDFs. When users of our system try to save the annotated PDF they get the exception in the browser console and the PDF wouldn’t save.

Hi there,

The version you specified for WebViewer does not match, if you load up WebViewer, you should see a console table listing the versions for UI/Core/min.js, could you confirm which version of WebViewer you are using there?

Could you please try updating WebViewer to the latest version 11.2 and see if you can reproduce the issue? Usually the issue is due to a memory issue from a specific operation that gets patched on various versions.

I was able to identify the WebViewer version: It is 4.0.2

We will try upgrading WebViewer to the latest version.

That version of WebViewer is very old and will likely run into some issues. Please follow our migration guide here to update:
