Resizing an annotation selects more text than needed

(The more descriptive your answer, the faster we are able to help you)
When trying to resize the annotation (increase size to the right), it kind of “spills over” to the previous line.
This usually happens when there are more annotations in a paragraph. When is only one annotation in a paragraph everything works fine.
I used TextHighlightAnnotation to create the annotations.
Do you have any idea why this is happening?
Thank you for contacting us. I was just trying to reproduce the issue on our sample page but I wasn’t able to. I’m thinking that it could be an issue specific to a certain type of file. Sometimes the text order in PDFs isn’t actually what they appear to be especially if the PDF was edited before, in which case we might have workarounds - but we would need to see the file first to move further.
Hello, I was able to reproduce this bug using the PDFTron Demo website. I attach a screen recording and the file that I used RotateTestfile.pdf (25.7 KB)
We are able to reproduce the reported issue and we’ve added it into our backlog to be worked on. So far, it looks like an issue limited to certain files only and in this case it would take us relatively longer to fix. We’ll get back to you again once we have made any progress on fixing the issue.
