Getting an exception when trying to call PDFTron.Initialize() - “Server connection error. Please check your internet connection.”

Running on IIS App through a VM on Azure. Getting an exception when trying to call PDFTron.Initialize() - “Server connection error. Please check your internet connection.”

Service starts every 5 minutes to produce PDFs. Custom license.

Thank you for contacting us about this. I see that you have a PWS license. Does this issue occur all the time, or just sometimes? Based on the error, it seems the SDK is unable to connect to PDFTron servers. Could you make sure that the SDK has the ability to connect to our servers in your VM?

In addition, we also recommend that you upgrade to the latest version of the SDK.
