while loading of specific .xls file, user is not able to view the document.

On our project, when user tries to view this .xls file (i.e. MyOB.xls) on PDFTron, user is unable to view this file.
We even tried to upload and view the same .xls file on https://showcase.apryse.com/ still unable to view the file:
