Style dropdown for Rectangle tool is missing from the preset tool overlay

WebViewer Version: 10.2.3

Do you have an issue with a specific file(s)? No
Can you reproduce using one of our samples or online demos? Yes
Are you using the WebViewer server? No
Does the issue only happen on certain browsers? No
Is your issue related to a front-end framework? No
Is your issue related to annotations? Yes

Please give a brief summary of your issue:

The style dropdown for the Rectangle tool is missing from the preset tool overlay but is shown in the annotation’s style context menu.

Please describe your issue and provide steps to reproduce it:
1.) Select rectangle tool
2.) Open the rectangle tool’s preset’s menu

Expected result: The style dropdown should be shown
Actual result: The style dropdown is not shown

I would also like to clarify whether this behaviour is intentional or is bug. If it is intentional, how can I modify the preset tool menu to include the style dropdown?

Note:
When the user adds a rectangle annotation to the document and open that annotation’s style context menu, the style dropdown is there.
