(The more descriptive your answer, the faster we are able to help you)
Cypress test loads the page with video file. It was working without the audio plugin. But after the audio plugin was installed, the image attached shows that there is an error modal that returns license issue in Cypress testing only but not in actual local environment:

Please provide a link to a minimal sample where the issue is reproducible:
The error modal with license issue should not be showing in cypress testing.
This is how the code that loads the video looks like:

This seems to be having issue on the Video plugin itself when using the latest 4.35.2
Do we need maybe update the video license?

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us about WebViewer. Can I get some more information about your setup to investigate the issue further?

  • Please create a support ticket using the link below
    Link for submitting ticket
In the ticket, please provide the license key you are using (so you don’t need to publicly posted the key here)
  • Does your test environment work if you don’t enter a license key?
    • How are you storing your license key? If you put a console.log before using it, is the right key being passed to initializeAudioViewer?
  • You mention that this seems to be an issue with the latest version (4.35.2), did this work fine when using an older version?

Thank you
