Hi there,
From the screenshot, it doesn’t look like any file is being loaded, could you share the input file used?
Are there any console messages or errors in the network panel you can share for these cases?
best regards,
Kevin

Hi
This issue is happening to all files not specific to office documents. Its happening to pdf files as well.
And also you can ignore the first issue where the whole page is greyed out.
Only the grey parts issue is happening now.
Thanks,
Priya K

Hi there,
Thank you for the clarification, it looks like there might be an issue with your environment or the WebViewer implementation.
Could you please share any console error messages and failed network requests if any?
Have you tried update to latest version of WebViewer?
best regards,
Kevin
