WebViewer Server 3.2 is the final release to include LibreOffice within the WebViewer Server distribution.
Additionally, beginning with the next release, in July, WebViewer Server will align release cycles and version numbering to match other Apryse SDK products.
As part of the next update LibreOffice will no longer be included in any WebViewer Server package, including, but not limited to:

the Windows installer package

the default Docker image
LibreOffice has historically been used by WebViewer Server to support conversion for the following file formats: .ods, .odp,.odt, .odg, .odf, .xlsb, .vsd, .vsdx, and .pub. This packaging change is intended to reduce the security exposure from LibreOffice and its dependencies, which have contributed to recurring high and critical CVEs in WebViewer Server distributions. This is a packaging and deployment change only.
