Why am I suddenly seeing "PDFNet Cloud Connect: Provided credentials are incorrect"?


I’m using PWS On-Premises (https://www.pdftron.com/pws/onpremise.html). Everything was working, but now suddenly I’m seeing the error message “PDFNet Cloud Connect: Provided credentials are incorrect” and it doesn’t work anymore. But I’m able to log into PWS: PDFTron Web Services, so it doesn’t seem like PWS is down. What’s going on?


It appears that you are being blocked from further operations due to overage protection.

What needs to be done is either:
Login to: PWS: PDFTron Web Services
and disable overage protection, or increase the max allowed document.

Or upgrade to a higher plan.
