Good Morning,
We have a PDF that is using the WingDing font. The PDF appears fine locally, but when we open in a browser using Webviewer the characters don’t appear correct.
It looks like the webviewer is correctly going out to get the fonts (which includes several wingding fonts) but the characters don’t display correctly.

Hi Matt,
It looks like this pdf file does not have the font embedded inside, which is why it is trying to substitute it. It is highly recommended to embed the fonts in the document to avoid having to substitute fonts. You can also self-serve fonts by following this guide. Thanks.
