As shown in the picture below, when I opened the file in Word Editor, the image in the file is not displayed as attached. However, it doesn’t seem to be a problem with the file, considering that the picture comes out normally when the Word File is converted to PDF using the Server SDK. Please understand that the file is confidential to the customer and cannot be shared.

Thank you for posting on our forum.

Some images found in DOCX files are not supported in the default configuration of WebViewer. See this forum post for more information, including suggested workarounds: https://community.apryse.com/t/some-images-charts-appear-as-gray-rectangles-in-webviewer/4504

With cases such as the one in the forum post linked, it is expected that converting the file to PDF with our SDK would successfully convert the image as well, despite it not showing when loading the original file.

Is it possible to resolve this symptom through the above process even though it does not occur in all files, but only in some files? Office To PDF is currently unavailable.
