As shown in the picture below, when I opened the file in Word Editor, the image in the file is not displayed as attached. However, it doesnβt seem to be a problem with the file, considering that the picture comes out normally when the Word File is converted to PDF using the Server SDK. Please understand that the file is confidential to the customer and cannot be shared.
Hello, Iβm AiRon, an automated tech support bot While you wait for one of our customer support representatives, I can help you with your question.
It seems like youβre encountering issues with images not displaying correctly in the Word Editor when using WebViewer version 11.5.0 in a Next.js environment. This behavior might be due to how the Word Editor is handling image rendering compared to the PDF conversion process. Since the issue occurs across all browsers, it may not be browser-specific but rather related to how the Word Editor is integrated or configured.
Some things you can try:
Ensure that the Word Editor is correctly initialized and that all necessary scripts and stylesheets are loaded.
Check if the images are embedded in the Word document or linked externally. External links might cause issues if they are not accessible.
Look into the console for any errors or warnings that might give more context about the missing images.
Verify that the image format is supported by the Word Editor. Sometimes, certain image formats might not render correctly.
Try updating to the latest version of WebViewer if possible, as updates often include bug fixes and improvements.

With cases such as the one in the forum post linked, it is expected that converting the file to PDF with our SDK would successfully convert the image as well, despite it not showing when loading the original file.
Let us know if any of the above solutions work for you!

Is it possible to resolve this symptom through the above process even though it does not occur in all files, but only in some files? Office To PDF is currently unavailable.
Yes, if the files have any of the unsupported image types, the forum above should resolve the issue of the content not displaying. Files with supported image types will continue to display as expected. Feel free to reach out if you need further clarification!
