If I use any other image file format, it works fine.
Please help if any one has any solution to fix this issue.
While we do provide support for EMF, we only do so with the use of WebViewer Server:
The following documentation shows you step by step on how to add WebViewer server:

Thanks for your reply.
We use a custom server, converting files to XOD using the Office Add-on.
When converting a PPTX which contains a EMF type image, the EMF part of the Powerpoint slide is distorted.
Your help is much appreciated.
If you have not already, please update to the latest version of PDFNet SDK
Note, that this will also update your XOD generation, so you would have to also update your WebViewer version. Alternatively you could separate out PPTX to PDF into one process, using latest PDFNet SDK, and then PDF to XOD using your current SDK version.
If the latest version of our SDK does not work, then please provide us the PPTX file (if you can’t post here, then please create a ticket in our system:https://www.pdftron.com/form/request/ ).
Thanks for the update.
I have tested with the attached pptx file in the following demo url.
Looks like it’s not converted properly and also missing a few lines of text as well.
Hope your help at the earliest.
!emfproblem - Copy.pptx (81.9 KB)
Thank you for the file. While we investigate, it would be useful if you could also provide the PDF you generated, the one with “the EMF part of the Powerpoint slide is distorted.”
Thanks for your mail.
Please find attached the screenshot of the distorted image in the viewer.
Let me know if you need any help regarding this.
Also, please find attached the xod file generated, this might be of some help.
