Hello @christophe.webber,

Thank you for posting on our forum,

To diagnose further we require the following information.

  1. Exact code used for testing and steps to reproduce the issue. A demo video would also help us diagnose the issue more efficiently
  2. JavaScript console output showing all warnings and errors.
  3. Network panel showing all failed network traffic
  4. Can you reproduce the issue using our samples (especially on our site)?
  5. Can you provide screenshots of the expected vs. actual behavior?
  6. Are you using WebViewer Server?

Hello @jromanocarlsen,

Few answers :

  1. Can you reproduce the issue using our samples (especially on our site)? YES but using my template I’m able to reproduce the exact same behavior on your demo site. Using your document or a new document on your demo site do not seem to have the issue.
  2. Can you provide screenshots of the expected vs. actual behavior? See attached document.
    Test.docx (325.7 KB)
  3. Are you using WebViewer Server? NO

I can provide a demo video but not publicly accessible. Let me know if there is another solution.

Best regards,

Christophe Webber
